Current Projects

Life International India was started by Dr. Wesley Theodore based on his personal experience of having “lived on the streets” for 3 years.  This ministry has grown to caring for 300 children (ages 6-16) in 5 different locations (1 owned and 4 rented).  However, the inability to get long-term leases forces the children to frequently be moved to different locations.  In addition, there has been a lack of funds, which has limited the Transition (after orphanage care) program to only 1 year.

Life International India Hope House Project:
This summer, Life International of India is beginning band new construction on a beautiful 2,600 sq.ft/13,00 total sq. ft. Hope House that will offer care and provide valuable life tools in order to equip the young people for their future.

The LI Hope House Project , located near Dr. Wesley’s church, will provide permanent housing to 70 orphan children and 40 young ladies in the Transition Program, with a maximum capacity of housing 150 individuals. In addition, it will offer the ability to implement a 3 year transition program with nursing training.

The projected cost for this project is $250,000.
