Leadership

Mike is a founder and director of LIFE Ministry. Inspired by a need for leadership development and evangelism, he founded the ministry and now oversees its vision, equipping and encouraging others to fulfill their God-given calling. Mike is passionate about raising the next generation through children’s leadership programs and building a strong, one-of-a-kind men’s ministry that fosters growth and brotherhood. An elder in his congregation and an active businessman, he is committed to training leaders from an early age and strengthening communities through discipleship. A husband and father, Mike lives to glorify God, witness to Israel and make Messianic disciples of Yeshua the Messiah through all the nations.  

Ministry’s mission of “Living In Faith Everyday.” As part of the ministry team, Alina oversees administration, bookkeeping, finances, and parent communication, helping create a smooth and welcoming environment that allows the ministry to focus on sharing God’s love. A wife and mother of twins, she brings a professional background in medical administration, finance, and bookkeeping, along with a heart for building community. Alina enjoys spending time with family, hosting gatherings, cooking, traveling, and creating meaningful experiences with loved ones. Guided by Philippians 4:13—“I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me”—she finds daily encouragement in trusting God for strength and wisdom.

  

As a founding member of LIFE Ministry, Slavic is passionate about reaching those who don’t yet know God through meaningful relationships, community events, and hands-on service. Slavic leads coffee ministry efforts, organizes men’s boot camps and outdoor activities, and supports children’s programs. Slavic owns a coffee roastery and provides espresso machine repairs, with a love for coffee and the outdoors that often come together in hiking and brewing coffee in nature. Guided by Proverbs 3:5–6, he seeks to trust God’s direction in all areas of life while creating opportunities for connection, service, and spiritual growth.
 

  

Initially connected to LIFE Ministry as a guest visitor in 2013, she is grateful to now serve on a team she has seen grow into a global impact. Natasha brings over 25 years of experience in youth ministry and church and community work, along with a Master’s degree in Social Work, focused on bridging cultural and generational gaps and encouraging young people to stand on God’s truth. Natasha spent 10 years in overseas missions in Greece and Poland, serving in anti-trafficking efforts, church planting, and refugee outreach. Natasha's heart is to share the hope of Christ, introduce others to God’s love, and support global and local efforts in outreach and evangelism. 

  

Inspired by LIFE Ministry’s heart for serving people and strengthening the community, Andrey is passionate about creating a welcoming environment where others can grow in faith and connection. As a consultant, he helps individuals navigate insurance claims and vehicle repairs after car accidents. Outside of work and ministry, he enjoys spending time with family, friends, traveling, and hiking. Guided by Colossians 3:23, Andrey seeks to serve others with excellence, gratitude, and faithfulness in all he does.
